Innovate
Find out before you commit.
Before you commit to a solution, understand the environment. Most technology problems are process problems in disguise. We find the actual issue, explore realistic options and give you a clear path forward.
Map the current state — systems, processes, constraints and dependencies — before recommending anything.
Separate symptoms from causes. The stated problem is rarely the actual problem.
Identify realistic alternatives. Not every problem needs a new tool.
Actionable recommendations with enough context to make a confident decision.
You're evaluating a new tool but aren't sure it solves the right problem.
A process works but nobody can explain why it works that way.
You've been told the solution — but something feels off.
You need an outside perspective before committing budget.
Field Example
"Can a physical space tell us where something was last seen?"
Select Beacon
Previous
PLAYGROUND · 2:14 PM
Last Observed
PAVILION · 2:31 PM
Fixed receivers record when a beacon enters useful range. The system answers "Where was it observed?" rather than pretending to know exactly where it is every second.
The experiment is not about proving that beacon technology exists. It is about determining the least complicated architecture that provides enough useful information to justify the investment.
