All of the ice cream here at Parker's is made in house with only the finest, high quality ingredients. We work with local Texas dairies who supply our milk & cream for ice cream. We use plant based food coloring, & all natural flavor extracts in our ice creams. Parker's offers a unique combination of traditional ice cream, alcohol infused ice cream, dairy free ice cream, along with fresh fruit sorbets.

We have amazing ice cream! Parker's also makes milkshakes, floats and ice cream flights. Some of our amazing flavors include, Cookie Monster, Madagascar Vanilla, Midnight Chocolate, Caramel Vanilla Latte, Cereal Milk, Blueberry Cheesecake and more. We rotate flavors frequently so please stop by or check our social media pages as we post frequently what flavors we currently have in rotation.

About Our Little Place.

Parker's Ice Creams is located in the City of Fair Oaks Ranch. Fair Oaks is a small, but growing community that originally began as the 5000 acre Fair Oaks Ranch owned by Ralph E. Fair. During the 1960's & 1970's the ranch began to sell off parcels of land for development. The City of Fair Oaks Ranch was formally established on January 21, 1988. We are happy to be a part of this fantastic community & hope to bring happiness and joy to our neighbors here.


Parker's has seating for 18 inside of the shop & our patio over looking the beautiful Texas Hill Country has seating for up to 40. We offer the best hand crafted ice cream as well as multiple beer, wine, & liquor options. So please come on over & enjoy the fantastic ice cream, great view, & have a drink with us.
